TL;DR: The OEBD is way too op for Bell/Aiz/ the rest of Orario to kill in 6 months. Anything revealing major story points will be covered up. There is no way that Omori can just "end" the main story before Bell turns 15 without either completely ruining it. Let me explain. The black dragon, which we all know is probably going to be the main antagonist of the franchise, is way too powerful for anyone in Orario to handle. There are several reasons for this, all of which include 1. ) The leveling system; 2. ) The Zeus and Hera Familias and the precedent they set; 3. ) Haruhime, her skill, and her character development; and 4. ) The author's writing style 1. ) The Leveling System. From the beginning of the series, it has been stated multiple times that it takes longer for you to level up the higher your level gets. Bell as a level 1 from when he developed the Realis Freeze skill took 1-2 weeks to reach level 2; little less than a month to reach level 3; 2 months for level 4; and is going on 3-4 months now as a level 4.
It goes without saying, these Stitch-down handmade boots are made really well. Surprisingly, the MP, though more of a low volume boot, weighs more than my wedge-soled, steel shank Perry's. A testament to that high-quality leather in the sole, I think. Personally, I think they look best with the included two-tone leather laces, but the included waxed black match perfectly for more formal attire. Nitpicks: Welting stitching is a bit unevenly spaced around the toe box, but I like that it is a little tighter than usual, and a double stitch on the upper rolled into a single stitch. Frankly, I don't care, especially when the stitching is black on black. There were no loose threads that I could find, and inside and out give the impression of both luxury and durability. I'm very happy. Fit and Break In GeeeeeeZuuuuuus. You may have read my two month Perry review. Those were difficult. Pinching around the pinky toes and some issues with the stitching. At this point, through sheer determination, the boots fit perfectly without the insole and with a thick pair of socks.

Finish Dress black is not black CXL. Take a look at the grain in the pics. If I was to choose for myself, I might have struggled to decide between the two. CXL is so highly regarded for good reason: durable, resilient, and forgiving. That said, I likely would have settled on dress black anyway, given I wanted a dressier boot. Black CXL has a surface black with a natural tan through. Scuffs and scrapes, while lovely on a aged pair of everyday boots, just wouldn't fit the part in a dressier office environment. Through-black leather was definitely the way to go. The downside is that the feel of this leather doesn't have the heftiness of CXL. Soft and supple, it's much closer to the looser grain that luxury sneakers try to replicate. The surface is full of shimmering ripples which smooth out when pulled taught, like around the toe cap and external counter. From what I can tell, it isn't corrected, but full grain, which I like. I can't find the reference now, but I read somewhere that the dress leathers are actually the thickest available through White's/Baker's, so even though the exterior may eventually scuff or mar, the leather itself is good for life.
Her husband to be and cousin, veteran of the battles against the Celtigars, was dressed in a brown coat, with the red hand and black shovel of their house' sigil embroidered upon it. It looked ancient, and unfitting, as if it had been worn at a hundred, Boggs' weddings before him. Both of them were in their thirties, content enough, but lacking in any excitement or haste. When the ceremony was finally complete, a loud but almost bored cheer erupted from the Boggs. Immediately after, Maege Boggs, a woman far too wrinkled and hunched back for her age, without excitement rose from her seat and led the way limping towards the great hall where a feast awaited them only a room away.
